Your Batko Horizon XL is easy to build.
Choose between 2 options:

Start building set:

• step-by-step building manual with photos
• instruction video
• laser cut steel parts
• pre-cut tubes with customized drill holes
• threaded holes tapped
• nuts, bolts and springs

Including wheel set:

• all above plus:
• wheel package (1x drive wheel diameter 130mm/axis size 24mm, 1x tracking roller and 2x rollers)
• the drive wheel gives a belt speed of 19m/s
• decrease and increase the belt speed with the vfd (read further below)

To finish your belt grinder you will need:

• motor
• the machine will be welded at a few points. The rest will be screwed together.
• some wiring including the plug to plug it in
